These terms apply when you browse the Periwinkle website or place an order. They are designed to keep expectations clear while we create and deliver your gift.
Orders and acceptance
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate purchaser, recipient, delivery and personalisation information. An order is confirmed after payment is received and Periwinkle accepts it. We may decline or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, contains a pricing error or has not been successfully paid; any applicable amount already received will be refunded.
Made-to-order and personalised products
Most Periwinkle products are prepared especially for each order. Once preparation or personalisation begins, changes may not be possible. Please check all names, spelling, embroidery, messages, sizes, colours and selections before submitting your order.
Handmade appearance and product variation
Minor differences in arrangement, ribbon, flowers, decoration, packaging and colour may occur because items are individually assembled and screens display colour differently. Reasonable variations that maintain the overall design, quality and value are not defects.
Clothing sizes in multi-outfit hampers
When a hamper contains several baby outfits, Periwinkle normally curates a useful mix of age sizes rather than supplying every outfit in a single size. The combination may include sizes such as 3–6, 6–9 and 9–12 months, and more than one outfit may be supplied in the same available size. The exact size mix depends on stock at the time of preparation and is not guaranteed unless Periwinkle confirms a specific request in writing before production. We will maintain the advertised number of outfits and comparable overall quality, value and presentation.
Colour availability and substitutions
We carefully match the colour theme selected for each order wherever possible. Balloon shades, ribbons, clothing and decorative details may vary depending on availability. Where an exact shade or combination is unavailable, and the customer has accepted the availability notice during personalisation, Periwinkle may use the closest suitable alternative while maintaining the chosen theme, premium quality, overall value and presentation. Minor matching-colour substitutions do not require further approval. We will request customer approval before changing to a materially different colour theme.
Artificial flower presentations
Products described as an artificial flower arrangement use artificial, not fresh, flowers. Flower styles, shades and varieties may vary depending on availability. Periwinkle may use the closest suitable alternatives while maintaining the selected colour theme, overall value and premium presentation.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Standard UAE delivery is included unless a clearly identified optional or special service is selected. Prices may change, but confirmed paid orders are not normally affected. Third-party payment-provider terms and processing requirements may also apply.
Cancellations, returns and product concerns
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains cancellation timing, personalised-item limitations and how we handle damaged, defective or incorrect products.
Delivery
Preparation dates, recipient requirements, urgent service and failed-delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Requested dates and times are subject to confirmation.
Customer-provided content
You confirm that you have permission to provide any names, messages, photographs or other content submitted for an order, and that it does not infringe another person's rights or contain unlawful or harmful material.
Website use and availability
Website content is provided for general information and shopping. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorised access or reproduce protected content without permission. We may update, suspend or withdraw website features when reasonably necessary.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Periwinkle is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, customer-supplied errors or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
